These rules and guidelines are established to ensure smooth operation of our savings and investment platform. All members must read, understand, and agree to follow these guidelines. Adherence to these rules ensures fairness, transparency, and the success of our community.
Membership Rules
1. Membership Registration
- New members must be registered by administrators only
- Each member must provide accurate personal information (name, email, phone, address)
- Members receive a unique member number for all transactions
- One person can have only one membership account
- Members must maintain active status by making regular monthly contributions
2. Membership Status
- Active: Member in good standing with regular contributions
- Inactive: Member who has exited the platform or stopped contributing
- Suspended: Temporary suspension due to rule violations or payment issues
- Members who wish to exit must follow proper exit procedures
- Exiting members will receive their final settlement according to platform policies
3. Member Responsibilities
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential
- Update personal information promptly when changes occur
- Check dashboard regularly for updates and notifications
- Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to administrators
- Maintain respectful communication with other members and administrators
- Follow all platform rules and guidelines
Savings & Contribution Rules
4. Share Declaration
- Each member must declare a monthly share amount upon joining
- One share equals à§³2,000 (Two Thousand Taka)
- Members can declare multiple shares (e.g., 2 shares = à§³4,000, 3 shares = à§³6,000)
- Declared shares determine the expected monthly contribution
- Share declaration can be modified with administrator approval
5. Monthly Payment Schedule
- Payments received after the 5th are considered late
- Late payments may affect member standing and benefits
- Members should plan ahead to ensure timely payments
- If unable to pay, members must inform administrators in advance
- Repeated late payments may result in membership review
6. Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer: Preferred method for all contributions and installments
- All payments must include member number as reference
- Bank transfer details will be provided by administrators
- Keep payment receipts for your records
- Payments are confirmed by administrators after verification
- Members can view payment history in their dashboard
7. Payment Reference Format
- Correct payment reference ensures quick processing
- Without proper reference, payment may be delayed
- If you forget to add reference, contact admin immediately
- For multiple months, specify which months you're paying for
8. Advance Payments
- Members can pay for multiple months in advance
- Advance payments must be clearly specified (which months)
- Advance payments do not earn additional interest
- Benefits are calculated based on actual payment months
- Contact admin before making advance payments
Investment Rules
9. Investment Participation
- Investments are made using pooled member contributions
- All active members participate in investment opportunities
- Investment decisions are made by administrators
- Members are informed about investment opportunities and progress
- Investment returns are distributed fairly based on contributions
10. Investment Returns & Profits
- Returns are calculated based on each member's total contributions
- Higher contributors receive proportionally higher returns
- Returns are credited to member accounts after investment matures
- Detailed investment reports are provided to all members
- Members can view their investment portfolio in their dashboard
11. Investment Risks
- Members understand that investments can gain or lose value
- Administrators make every effort to minimize risks
- Diversification strategy is used to reduce exposure
- Members should be prepared for potential losses
- Questions about investment strategy should be directed to administrators
Platform Usage Rules
12. Account Security
- Keep your password secure and do not share with anyone
- Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and special characters
- Change your password regularly (recommended every 3 months)
- Log out after using the platform, especially on shared devices
- Report any suspicious activity immediately
- Do not access your account from public Wi-Fi
13. Data Accuracy
- Ensure all personal information is accurate and up-to-date
- Update phone number and email immediately if they change
- Verify your address information is correct
- Report any errors in your transaction history
- Check your dashboard regularly for accuracy

Dispute Resolution & Penalties
15. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes must be reported to administrators in writing
- Provide complete details and supporting evidence
- Administrators will review and respond within 7 business days
- Both parties will have opportunity to present their case
- Administrator decision is final and binding
- Maintain confidentiality during dispute resolution
16. Rule Violations
- First violation: Warning and documented notice
- Second violation: Temporary suspension (30 days)
- Third violation: Membership review and potential termination
- Serious violations may result in immediate termination
- Fraudulent activity results in immediate termination and legal action
17. Exit Procedures
- Members wishing to exit must submit written notice to administrators
- Minimum 30 days notice required for voluntary exit
- Final settlement calculated based on contributions and investment returns
- Outstanding payments must be cleared before exit
- Exit reason must be provided for record purposes
- Re-joining is possible but subject to administrator approval

18. Privacy & Data Protection
- Member information is kept confidential and secure
- Data is only shared with authorized administrators
- Members can request their data at any time
- Platform complies with data protection regulations
- Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties
19. Rule Changes & Updates
- Rules may be updated to improve platform operations
- All members will be notified of rule changes via email
- Significant changes require 30 days notice before implementation
- Members are responsible for staying informed about rule updates
- Continued membership implies acceptance of updated rules
20. Emergency Provisions
- Emergency loan facilities may be available to members in good standing
- Emergency assistance subject to administrator approval
- Terms and conditions apply for emergency provisions
- Priority given to members with consistent payment history
